2010 in Review

WordPress sent me this summary a little bit ago, offering to share it as a blog post. I’m rather fascinated by stats, so I enjoyed seeing it. Thought maybe I had some curious readers as well. :o) I’m really happy with how active my blog is over all, and I continue to smile, knowing I have some how-to pages that have helped a lot of people out. My fantasy for this coming year would be to post more often. It continues to bother me that when the most interesting things are happening, I also have the least amount of time to actually post. I’d also love to see more comments, but my guess is that is also rooted in my shortage of time…

The stats helper monkeys at WordPress.com mulled over how this blog did in 2010, and here’s a high level summary of its overall blog health:

  1. I agree De-De ~ this is very interesting! One of my blogs is also with WordPress. How did you get the stat info?

  2. Brenda, on Jan 2, I got an email from WordPress with the subject line “Your 2010 Year in Blogging.” All the stats were in the email, and it had an additional link to click if I wanted to post the info to my blog. I don’t know if the info is available any other way. This is the first time I’ve received a report like this.
